Default Upgrade fuel pump?

need some help here. i have a 91hb with the dual piont inj. and im dropping a d16a6/y8 in it with the mpfi. will i need to upgrade the fuel pump to push the right amount of gas to the mpfi. i know about the obd1 conversion but im not sure if the stock dpi fuel pump will make a difference having a mpfi.

you will be fine. :td: no need to upgrade your fuel system for a stock engine.

but a new fuel pump is even more assurance. :td: Xenocron has them for $69...with a warranty!! Cant beat that, and they are 255lph.

yeah i was gonna say, if you have future higher hp plans for this vehicle then swapping fuel pumps now wouldnt hurt.

but you will be fine if your fuel system worked before you did your swap.
