Default running a d15b vtec-e

Hi,

How's a 1992 - 1995 D15B VTec-E (p07) supposed to run with a stock P28 ECU?

What if the lost motion assembly in the head is gummed up and one (maybe more) of the cylinders is not moving or is staying in 16 valve mode?

What should the compression (psi) be for a 1992 - 1995 VTec-E? (i currently have 180 across all 4)

thanks
