Default Y4 IACV

Right i wanna put a b20b tb on my D16Y4. the IACV is loacted underneath on the throttle body so i also have to change my manifold to a Y8, unless a b20b tb from an auto has an IACV on it & its 3-wire.

Ive read the 3-wire to 2-wire IACV fix, but this fix seems to be for vtec models & if your using a vtec ecu, as im staying non-vtec. are there any d-series non-vtec engines that have the IACV on the rear of the IM & are 3-wire??
