Everybody and their mother haha. Hard to trace specifically, but that design literally comes out of a factory somewhere in Asia (probably Taiwan) and is then branded by many companies with their logos when they place their orders.

Everyone from Eagle to Skunk2 to Manley to Speedfactory has that design on offer, and almost always comes from the same manufacturer, coupled with ARP rod bolts, usually with requests for small manufacturing tweaks at a premium to their own orders to make them stand out such as more accurate rod weights and keeping them in close matching sets, etc, then they get their logos laser etched on the side.

When they are non-branded like that with generic markings on the side, they are usually purchased in bulk by a wholesaler company for resale at a discount on places like ebay and Amazon. You will see them all over the place randomly offered usually 1-2 hundred dollars lower than name brands, yet they will sometimes look identical to the name brand offerings, usually because they are the same and come from the same place haha.

Hard to trace specifically back to the exact seller when generically marked like that. The name brands almost always order their logos etched on them.

They should still be comparable in power ratings to rods from name brands you find that look identical. You will see that design all over the place when searching.

Eagle Specialty Products, Inc.

Like drtalon123 said everyone sells them. Search "5394 Rod" eagle comes up first. Slightly different part numbers, but I would guess that they are nearly identical. Fasteners are probably the only difference.
