Default D14z2 with d16y8 head

Hi everyone
I have ej9 with d14z2 engine and already bought d16y8 distributor,cylinder head,wiring,intake manifold etc
Im looking for three answer which timing belt, bolts and torque moments i'm going to use
D14Z2 timing belt has 103 teeth ,and another one from d16y8 has 104 😮

I used the head standard belt, bolts and torque on d16z6/d15 mini. Pretty sure the same rule applies. I found a link. but somewhere there should be one on this site. Not
familiar with d14 but someone will no doubt correct me if I am wrong. Welcome.
