Default Tick on a rebuild ?

So I had gone ahead and rebuild my head a Little bit ago, new valves, valve guides, new valve seats, springs, I had put together my bottom end with new rings, and barrings. I install ARP head studs, finish the swap turn it on a couple days ago and it had valve lash. I take off the VC and adjust the lash, turn it on it's still got some kind of tick. Had a couple different people look at it and they said the lash is gone but when I fire it up it still has a slight tick.

Anyone have any clues what it could be ?

Thanks in advance!!

Is it your injectors ticking? I know on my crx my old obd0 injectors sounded like a typewriter.
