Default D15 vtec turbo build, Deck height question.

Got a question about my deck height and if it will work.
A fallow engine builder is telling me if you have any negative deck height youll be blowing head gaskets ever pass down the drag strip on a D series.

But iv ran -0.022 before with out issue on basically the same build.
Using standard length rods with compression down 8.4

On this engine iv got -0.086, is it true the headgaskets going to be seriously compromised?
Compression is coming in around 9.6 but should be slightly lower since CC the cleanest of the chambers off a head that just been pulled with 200,000KM on it.

Details of engine.
D15b vtec JDM engine.
138.62mm P2P0 rods
YCP Vitaras

On to my clearances.
0.098 chamber inside head
0.086 deck
0.0126 clearance no gasket
0.0496 Clearance with gasket

Clayed P2H with old stock head gasket.
0.059 Clearance on exhaust side
0.048 Clearance on the intake side.
Head has a little bit of carbon build up.

Not done valves yet since havnt locked vtec in since still in process of cleaning head.

Ring end gap
1st 0.016
2nd 0.015
