Default How Much Boost/DOHC ZC??

Just woundering if anyone knows how much boost a stock dohc zc can handle safely without droppin a piston, blowin the valve train or just basically fryin the engine? Any input would be awsome!

you can run 7-8 psi safely on a stock engine....

i wouldnt go over 200-220 horsepower on a stock motor

plus 7-8 psi is only gunna give me what? 30-35 hp maybe.

maybe on the smallest turbo ever..you can get CRAZY gains from different turbos at that psi.

6psi should get you about 180 hp easily maybe higher depending on the turbo

psi is a relative question depending on the cfm output of the turbo you could have a kkk03 turbo at 20 psi put out the same amount of air as a t-70 at 2 psi the real question you should ask is what HORSEPOWER can i run on my stock block before it grenades......then find a turbo that isnt stressing itself to be at that hp level and build from there
