Default Harmonic Balancers, 87'd16a8 and 93' d16a8 changover problem

my 87 crx d16a8 (head and block) has been changed to a 93 civic Si's d16a8 head and block.
There is a problem where the power steering belt doesnt line up from the 93's pulley as it sticks out too much.
The old pulley doesnt fit, because the crankshaft( i think thats what it is, where it fits in the centre of the pulley) of the 93' engine is a bit bigger.

Is it possible to machine the pulley so that the hole is bigger to fit hte crankshaft, if so does anyone have an EXACT spot on measurement

currently driving with no power steering
