Default OB1 ZC Guys

Hi i have a 1990 STD Civic Hatch That has a DOHC ZC swap that runs ok (i'm assuming that it was converted to MPFI) I do know that it was also converted to OBD1 (i dont really know why.. I Bought it cheap like this). Im currently running an OBD1 "LS ECU" Which makes the car run rich ..which in turn makes me waste gas (expensive) and blow smelly gasoline smoke when i floor it. I was told to get an "Obd1 ZC ecu" but i haven't had luck finding one...

... So my question is what ECU should i get???
... Or would I be better off chipping the one i have ???

More info on the BEAST!!

BTW: This is my winter beater/daily driver so the cheapest way is the best way...lol

P29 5spd is the correct ECU.
I'd sort out what parts are in your mix before you get started
Did he convert to OBD-1 Injectors as well or are the STOCK injectors still in place?
