Default Zc dohc timing belt too tight?

Ok so I have a zc dohc and a 2.0 prelude belt when I install the belt to the manuals way to install it it is loose (Likly the spring on the tensioner is weak) anyways so I have to apply pressure on the tensioner it's self my question is how tight should it be right now it seems pretty tight like even in between the cam gears at the Top I can almost play a tune on the belt... Thanks

Snug enough to take up the slack, but not so tight that it should "ring" if you bop it.

Get a new spring and tension it correctly.

You are turning the engine counterclockwise 3 cam gear teeth and then tightening the tensioner bolt? I've seen a lot of people that don't do that step and wonder why it's loose.
