I race circle track so I was going to throw these cams in for a few nights would it be ok with stock springs and retainers???? Has anybody done this???

Stock springs and retainers should be fine for 7800rpm for a short time. Do you have a way to tune it? You will need to make some adjustments with those cams.

Don't. Crespo cams are weird and/or will destroy your engine if they aren't ground properly, which happens more often than they would like, I 'm sure.

And stock springs are good for over 8500RPM on nearly any cam you can attempt to run on a mostly reasonable engine build.

Call Geoff at Colt cams.

If you feel you MUST have springs, get in touch with KMS.

You will need to tune, also.
