Default Porting and polishing stock headers on ZC (d16a9). Do it or not??

Hi Guys

I'm going to do porting and polishing my stock headers .

I heard different opinions aobut that.

Most people say that poting can't do anything wrong, but some say that especially for ZC porting doesn't make sense.

I need opinions a.s.a.p because i gonna do that next week.

if u have d-series headers
then u need to take the zc exhaust gasket and port it to match over porting supposed to help a lil too

if u bought jdm headers for the zc then everything should be lined up already and no porting is nessasary

if u ported ur head u need to port the header to match it

hope i helped a lil

You'll be better off getting some aftermarket headers, I personally would go for Kamikaze (4-1). Not that expensive, can also be found used.

some people i know just port match the part of the header that attaches to the head, then they bore out the bottom of the header that attaches to the cat.
