Default 88 CRX HF dohc ZC engine mount

Some years ago I swapped for a ZC motor. One of best moves ever made.

I now want to replace engine mount at timing belt area. I thought all D-series were the same so I ordered mount on line.

When it arrived it was immediately apparent it was different. Apparently the bracket has a stud welded to it precluding usage of second bolt. Replacement had two holes in bracket.

I have pic of my mount attached. Does anyone recognize it and where can I get a replacement?
