Default zc wont start anybody

i just bought a 90crx si with zc had no ecm on distributor found the original owner and got the ecm and distributor that was in it when he had it running and driving can't seem to get it to start checked the timing 2 or 3 times change plug wiries seems to be firing and getting gas but wont start.any body have an idea what to try
