Default anyone know how to advance timing

i was wondering if anyone in here knows how to advance the timing on the z6. i want to do this but i dont want to screw up the motor ive seen what happens when its done wrong. any info will be helpful to all.

heck yeah me too... and um so will over gaping your spark plugs if done right will get you like 1.5 more hp if sone right...

oh and yeah jsut avvance it its easy get off you butt and search
