Default exhaust rocker arm installation

Hi there
I have a 1991 d16a6 engine, recently replaced the head gasket and valve stem seals. I also intended to clean up rocker arm assembly but by mistake I installed exhaust rocker arm incorrectly (the position mark was on the left) Then when I start the engine I heard friction sound then immediatly stopped the engine. I removed the rocker assembly and corrected my mistake then installed it back. When I start the engine again friction sound. I checked the oil flow exist intake rocker shafts were full of oil. And pressure is looking Ok, oil splashing everywhere in the head when I looking through oil fill hole. What would be the problem. Thank you!
