Default DIY velocity stack for twin carbs

Cheap way to make some velocity stacks for your dual carbies.

All that's needed is a deodorant can that's fits inside the metal spacer from the carbies.

Cut the top off and bottom off and cut some slits on one end and bend out at 90 degrees then slip the spacer ring over. This is to hold the stacks on.

Paint or sand and polish.

the upload worked fine you just didn't copy the right link and when you linked the album you linked the Mobil site version which makes every thing small are you using the photobucket app or trying to do it in safari?

That sharp corner you are asking the air to turn as it enters the pipe is causing turbulence and restricting flow. Try adding something with a radius of some sort to smooth out the transition.

That being said, I applaud your ingenuity and willingness to "just build it dammit!"

You can also use cupcake pans cut the bottoms, then cut out pan.

Bonus if you get the pans with rolled edges w/ teflon coating.

And old RHMT trick
