Default msd ignition

hey i just got my msd cap and external coil and msd sci ignition. i got the cap on. ( no brainer there) and im ready to wire up the coil and msd. problem. no instructions . i bought it used. so if anybody can help me out. this is on a d16a6 by the way. thanks.

http://www.msdignition.com/1download.htm .... try getting ur instructions there... i dont know what exactly u need but... you should find what ur looking for there.

there should be six wires coming from the msd ignition.

2 of the wires are for ground and power.

2 goes to the distributor

and the last two goes to the blaster coil.

the ground and power should be simple, they whould be the solid red and black and they are thicker. the rest i dont remember, but i have a msd 6a so it's probably different colored.

i have kinda the same questions how do u get the wires from underneth the cap without like there being a hole or something in the cap.

you have to drill a hole in the cap and shove the wires through. i did it then siliconed the hole and its fine. theres no other way to do it

I never siliconed the hole, but first test drive the rotor snagged the wires and left me a 4 mile tow home!!!!!!!!! I might be good, but no way near PERFECT!!!

I have some pics on my D16Z6 dizzy after MSD convert, but will post pics when the D15B7 is converted over.
