DIY: trunk board reflating

Sure most of of you are used to seeing this shit.


It looks super sweet all bent the hell up from ding dongs putting heavy shit on it and stuff lol





what i did is soak the board in water didnt take tong for it to be saturated in water


after that i put heavy stuff on the board and let it sit for a few days.
wouldnt had let it sit so long but its cold in the shop still



after that here ya go all straight again
ill prob glue some some thin strips of wood on bottom

^ i know what i'm doing over the winter break, fixing that POS, mine got wet cause my trunk leaks a little bit and from the most recent amount of rain and the 7 autocross events that were in the rain its fucked. wood here i come

ah only read the first post and looked at the pix. But yea i gotten tired of that crap and just got some plywood and cut it to fit over the middle part and then glued the carpet to it.

Later on i plan to cut the wood to fit prefect and then cut it in half and use some hinges so it works like stock.
