Default Did my oil change and my cel turned on

So im new to the whole honda tuning thing, and lets get straight to the point. So i left my car with my cousin while i was out of town and he did my oil change in my car ( D16Y8 ) and when i left my check engine light wasn't on, i come home and check the oil and its riding a little high, so i take it out just down the street and my cel turns on, but the car still runs fine, after a while of driving, i start to get a little scared, so we redo the oil change and its at its correct amount, BUT my cel is still on. Is there anything i should be worried about or does this go away with time.

and i put in mobile 1 10w 30 full syn.
Thanks
