Default Side-Bumpers. Screws thread ruined. How do I remove it!

On each side of my Del sol, just like your car is side bumpers (probably a better term).

My Question is How do I remove the rubber screws if the philips hole is all messed up?

Or rather how do I get this thing off?

Push pin / clip removal tool. If the plastic screws are stripped you could also drill them out. Even though thats not all necessary. Just dig a flat head into it

+2 on digging a flat into them and popping them out.
