Default needs some help got some slight rust issue's

ok got rust on 3 parts of the main shell dat i really want to get rid of so is there a easy method of removing dis cancer from my car?? 2 of the 3 are on the top corners of the front windshield n one looks to be under the paint over the rear tire towards the back i dont have no weilder to tig in a new peice n im not really a fan of i guess grind'ing it n bondo any idea's?? and there are a few ding's

pics of said rust and PLEASE no more "dis, dat, and dees" As long as the rust hasnt fully penetrated the metal you have a few options.

1 (the most correct way) sand down to bare metal, remove all rust, apply self etching primer, glaze, primer, sand, level, paint

2 (meh you can but i wouldnt unless I HAD to) apply a rust adhesion primer, sand, glaze, prime, sand paint

3 (id rather shoot myself in the dick) paint over it.
