It has been a long time, but I got to smoke on the fourth of July weekend.
Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, and a nearly ten pound pork shoulder.
After a few hours the tenderloin was done, just the start for the shoulder.
I filled the smoker box up with charcoal and wished it luck til the next morning, after wrapping it up in foil. I used charcoal and fresh crab apple wood from my Dad's tree he just trimmed.
Pulled apart very easily.
