Default Jerk Chicken I made for my GF

Made this for my gf and I and let it marinate overnight. It was fantastic and I'll definitely make it again

Ingredients
6 green onions, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

After letting it marinate overnight (after repeatedly stabbing it to make sure the juice got everywhere) I threw it on the grill. Shortly after...PROFIT!

Here's a pic of the result

nice and easy, if it tastes as good as it looks, definitely a win. I might try this one. I'll have to post my recipe for Ropa Vieja one day.

I'm not usually a fan of chicken, but jeez that looks delicious! I'm going to print this and try when I get back from my dorm! haha
