So there is a lot of information about this if you search... But to answer you question, no, not without a lot of work. Why do you want a 92-98 cluster?

i think the real question should be " why does that horses jacket look like a honda, and where the F*** did it get it?...... i want one!!


and as for the cluster... you'll more than likely you'll need the plugs for the cluster you want maybe. i have no idea if they are the same between those years. you'll also want to look up the wire diagrams too, and i would more than likely bet you will be doing some rewireing.
