Exclamation searched every where no luck on speedometer

Ok so Speedo hasn't worked for a year now finally got time to fix the vss plug and tried 3 definitely good clusters. The Speedo works fine when it wants to (once a day) until i cut the car off it's a95 dx ex Trans, now back with a dx cluster and new vss checked all my wires just, just put the engine harness back in this morning a and worked untili cut the car off and then re started. Any ideas if any more info is needed let me know.

If the CEL/MIL is NOT on with a VSS code then it is NOT the VSS or the wiring to the ECU

So if no CEL/MIL then the problem is in the wiring from the ECU to the cluster or the cluster its self.

Also check and make sure none of the fuses are blown

mine was corrosion in the pins on the harness side.

I replaced the connector and everthing works fine.
