It should, yes. From what I understand and from what my Shop Manual says about the EX, is that the only difference is the head and the vtec sensing unit. Obviously the ECU differs slightly, but that's about it. In fact, the ECUs might even be interchangeable. I'd ask your local Honda dealer just in case.

It fits im vise versa i have a ex tranny on a a1 engine.
