Default Wierd headlight issue

I am wondering if anyone has seen this before? Recently my passenger low beam stopped working. I have swapped bulbs and fuses to no avail. Tomorrow i'll test the voltage going into the fuse box and see if its even getting power. I have already had the switch replaced due to the recall but that affects both low beams.

If it is one side it is possible harness problem or grounding, start checking voltage with a dmm and start eliminating parts of the circuit.
