Default 03 civic ex sedan auto MICU issue.

Alright, so my GF just got a 03 civic ex sedan em2 auto from her brother.
Some things of what they told me was wrong.
Her brother said theres something wrong with the MICU under the steering wheel. I havent checked the "Back Up" fuse yet but will be replacing the fuse anyways just to make sure. The brake light is on, ac doesnt work, power locks, alarm, and etc.. Car drives fine but I gota get her car fixed so she can drive to school and around town safely without any issues.
Has anyone had a problem similar to this and had to replace their MICU?
If you have already replaced your MICU, what's the part # for it?
Your help is very much appriciated.

Thanks.
