I assume there will be some problems with using other cam gears.
Manifolds would have to be machined and port matched.
Throttlebodies should bolt right up. I have a gsr tb on my d16a1.
i believe there is a diy on the site about fitting b16 cam gears, author would be top aussie
only parts other than that i think your gonna be able to get to work are throttle bodies. i know manifolds do not line up
D16A1 is DOHC.
Yes you can use a b16 tb.
Not only do you have to have some move the ports but port match them. 2 Steps.
GSR is B18C.
Yes, just get a new tb gasket for it before installing it. Might want to clean it up if used/dirty as well.
there rreally isnt any intake manifold that will work with the zc motor besides the zc one and the d16a1/2/3
the b16 will not work with heavy machining and its not worth it cause the zc has very good intake manifold already
u can however port the runners and plenium of the zc intake manifold and make it even better
Actually the ZC, D16A1/A8/A9 are 55mm tb. The gsr one I have is 60mm which the same for the B18B1, B20Z and the B16s. B18C5 type r and s2000 have 62mm, but are rare finds.
Stick with the ZC manifold as stated above. I love my d16A1 im, long runners and a large plenium.
The aftermarket company Skunk 2 has adjustable cam gears that'll fit on the ZC. They are generically labeled as B16, B18, H23. So if you can use ebay or find a supplier that can ship them they are one option you have.
JG is another brand of adjustable aftermarket cam gear that can be used. Search for either one of those brand names on ebay perhaps or a direct supplier. Good luck on the ZC build.

Never heard of dh racing, but hey everything is worth a try if your limited.
Oh how I envy you...67mm? I can only imagine a type r tb. You should start selling some of them online!

Sorry to jump in on your thread cargodclub but I have a question for Chaos325, How did you get a GSR TB to fit to the ZC IM?? Is it an OBD0 or OBD1 motor?? I have an OBD0 DOHC ZC and I tried to fit a TB from a B18 and it would not fit. Do you have more info on this??
