Default ground control coilovers vs skunk2 coilovers

Hy guys pls answer quick,witch are the best sleeves for a 88-91 crx with bilstein shocks,skunk2 or ground control?and can you post some spring rates pls!

ive had skunk2's on 2 cars (just sleeves NOT full coilovers)
the cars drove/road FINE
the CRX i had them on were used with unknow miles on them were a little bouncey BUT the 93hatch i had them on were brand new with new"er" shocks road perfect!

I have the skunk2 full coilovers and i cant complain. they are a great performance spring. they might be a little bouncy but if u get the asr brace and a sway bar it cuts it down a lot. I really love mine.

i would vote skunk2 on this one, i only have their springs, but i love them and wouldn't treade them for another brand-

with the 88-91 crx/civic's you will see alot of people on the GC's. 92 and newer you'll see most of the people on the skunk2's because the cars got heavier and heavier and skunk2 works better with the heavier cars.

spring rate for the road: 350-450 a little bounce, 450-550 for autox.
