Me too. One month until testing! then the may vegas event.

guess your right...i could have swore it said something about widend front ends....and not just listing it specifically as 1 peice....guess it goes back on my wish list :)
Usually they only say no one piece front ends. But I will be keeping the stock front end to switch back to if needed for any class restrictions

I lurk this thread shamelessly, car looks awesome man. I LOVE that front end :)
HAHA Thanks!

Hopefully the machine shop doesn't take too long. We are trying to get this thing assembled and in the car. I have some product testing I am doing for a company that if all goes well, will be a game changer for a lot of people ;)

A small dia, lightweight twin disc would be good.

So would cheap straight cut gears to fit a D series box.

So would a good cheap sheet metal inlet manifold that lived up to claims AND was delivered for testing as promised. Wouldn't it Dan ;-)

All of those would be killer ;) BMC has released a d-series intake mani. I am trying to get one haha.

BTW, liberty eff'd me on the gear set I sent them to get face plated. They are on my shit list right now.

:) Oh hi guys. Small update. Got a few new toys for the car the past few weeks. One being a Comp 59500 cam shaft. $60+my cam, so I couldnt complain. A kid really wanted my 59300, so he ordered the 59500, and we traded.

New wheel bearings, new ball joints, ARP extended studs, fresh paint.

;) Plus a few things..

As for the product testing, I was hoping I could post that info last week, but they called and had us hold off on that for a minute. Hopefully I dont have to wait much longer :p Keeping quiet sucks haha.

Welp, after a VERY long 5 month wait... Rods are here. That is all that was needed to assemble the engine, and get everything back into the car :) Hopefully be back on the race track before the end of the month :/

Cyl head pics after the valve job. Ferrea +1mm oversized valves, 78mm ported combustion chamber.
