Your welds look great sir! Very inspiring to someone who has been tig welding for only acouple weeks. i feel like i would just destroy shit at 140 amps. haha

couple of questions
you should show some pics how you make the cuts on those wastegate el's. it looks like it may be cut initially then alot of grinding happens?

Question 2. Do you use 2 1/4" flexpipe for those recirc tubes? I could only find 2.5" ones.

the recirc is 1.5"..but i just recently did a 1.75" recirc (for 44mm wg)

and yes, the runner for the wg is cut and then i hit it with the grinder..
