Thats awesome that my thread is getting you watching vids, I gotta watch vids sometimes to motivate me with the car, it can get to be hardwork, specially when the chips are down, but hey, just gotta keep focused on that final event! You could always build a rally style track/tarmac spec car??

HAHA I wish, BUT road rally class regs speculate full interior be put back in the car, sucks ey??? Oh and bad news mang, our TIG is fucked from a surge from the recent 3 phase electricity install we had, my boss said he aint gonna buy another one of the same spec cuz he wants a better one but they cost £££££££ so I dont know when its gonna happen Sorry man..

Ive never seen this, looks pretty good, a little chunky but I could live with that, I like idea, its weird, I took the car out tonight and thought the shifter was too far away compared to my DD, its so weird that you would come up with this now lol

I have it in my own car, and I absolutely love it!
Given the short distance from the steering wheel to the gear lever,
it has got to be perfect for your purposes, as long as a dog shift isn't an option.

Well Ive been hard at it today follks, spent around 7 hours welding and patching the remainder of the holes in the rear end! - Night mare - I hate welding rot, specially in wheel arches - never mind- all out of the way now - that resparay is getting closer!!!!! Cant wait. All of the interior is now back in, and Im sure Ive done a few more things too, next up - spot lamp brackets - I have a funny feeling Im gonna get flames when you guys see this thing with spot lamps lol - never mind. Pics up soon!

Ok on with the updates!!

Interior is more or less finished, just gotta figure out what to do with the seats leave em flat or pin the up to the cage, depends what I can get away with scrutineering wise, just a few little bits of plastic to go back and all sorted





And the job I was putting off for soooo long lol Welding up rot - I HATE HATE HATE it! All done now though

Also sorted the little holes on the back of the quarters both sides and the holes in the arches were pretty much as bad the other side too, took the best part of a day to do, but got does it feel good to have it outta the way - i cannot WAIT for paint right now
