Sometimes you gotta be blunt, to many people think because its "aftermarket" then it must make you go faster. People ask HP or track times and put up lists of "mods" and 80 percent of the mods are worthless.

Put your stock box back on with a K&N drop in filter.
Go back to NGK/OEM wires and NGK V-powers for plugs. What rpm are you launching at? Lighter flywheels have their pros and cons. Also, I don't know much about the Centerforce II, but it sounds like too much clutch for your setup. Then, as stated, the 16's aren't helping.

oh and to the OP why ur car is so slow...here is another "placebo" idea...face all ur plugs to the intake manifold. its been dyno tested to increase whp atleast +1
