Question Turn Signals/Hazards Stopped Working

As the title says, my turn signals and hazards stopped working. None of the lights blink when i put on my signals or hazards. The gauge arrows don't flash and I cannot hear the relay. I was rewiring my tail lights because they were all messed up and when I went to test the blinkers they worked fine and then they just stopped... I have checked all of my fuses, looked at the wiring that I did and nothing is shorting or grounded out and I have checked to verify that my hazard button is completely plugged in, which it is.

I figured out where my turn signal relay should be, on my fuse box to check the relay and this is what I found...

All of my signals have been working fine for years... WTF??

If the hazard switch is not plugged in or bad, your lights will not blink. May not fix your problem, but a possibility if you haven't checked.

You asked.

The hazard switch is completely plugged in, as I stated in my original post. I am currently looking online to find a new hazard switch to see how long that will take to get to me and how much that is going to cost me... If it isn't the hazard switch does anybody have any other suggestions? Also, is it that I have no relay for my signals (in pic) or that I was simply looking at the wrong spot?

I may be wrong on this but could you jumper the hazard connector at least till you fix it right. At least you could drive it.

EDIT*If the switch is bad of course.

I must have been looking at the wrong relay or something, I guess... Turn signals have worked fine for years, but I looked under there today and saw a big relay spot that says "TURN" and it's empty...

Yea I couldn't figure out which section to post in and then I couldn't figure out how to delete the other. Sorry

When you say "the switch" you are talking about the button I am pressing to turn the hazards on, correct? Not something hidden somewhere...?

Sorry I meant try jumping the harness connector for the hazard switch.

Seeing as there is only one relay marked "TURN" I have no idea why it has worked...

Thank you for the helpful diagram. Now extremely confused as to how it has been working for years with no relay. It's not like the relay just fell out somehow and disappeared... I am now sure that it is the correct slot for that relay, because in my original post you can see fuse numbers 21, 22 and 23 which the relay is located above.

Well I guess I will get a relay to start and if that doesnt fix it I will buy a new switch as well. I will stay posted.

Ok, so I'm a little later on these uploads than planned. Here they are though...
So, the thing is that the lights in my tail light housing would not fit into the proper slots because I have aftermarket tail lights and the slots are in the wrong spots. So in order for everything to fit into its correct spot and lock into place I had to swap the tail light/brake light with the blinker. All I did was cut off the blinker bulb and tail light/brake bulb wires and swap their positions. Everything was working fine and then the blinker stopped working all together.

Tail Lights

Fuse Box (Nothing changed in there other than adding the flasher relay)

Wiring

You need a multimeter. I fixed like 4 wiring problems in 1 day after I picked one up a few years back. It will be your best friend.

But before replacing something, you really should test it to see if it's the culprit or not. It's the best way to narrow things down. Go buy a multimeter. GL, sir.
