I have a rebuilt d16a6 head that I wanna put on my d15b2 block... I also have a d16z6 intake mani to put on the head & to do my mpfi swap when I swap the heads...
My question is that can I use my b2 dizzy on the a6 head. I have been reading & alot of people say that you cant because the d16a6 dizzy has a crank angle sensor & the d15b2 dont... If i can use my d15b2 dizzy is there a way to put a crank angle sensor in or on a d15b2 dizzy to make it work for the d16a6 head??? |

you can't put the sensor in the b2 dizzy.
the si dizzy is required if you change the ecu, changing the ecu is reuired for running 4 injectors, so yes, the b2/b1 original d15 dizzys won't work on a multiport setup (a6, b2/a6 setup) should be able to hit the si dizzy up on ebay for around 60$ or somthin... I done the swap a while back it wasn't hard if you have everything to do it at once & good luck
