Sticking ebrake - D-series.org

my ebrake stick ocasionaly. it did it some last winter when it was cold and did it again today. ive had the drums apart over the summer to replace the shoes and clean it up. everything went back together fine. this is the first time its doen it this winter. the handle goes all of the way down but when you pick it back up it takes a while for the handle to catch. and it usually loosens up once i move the car. any suggestions or ideas.

adjust from underneath the car where the line splits and spray some pb blaster if there's any rust
