Default Wire tuck

So randomly had the urge to do some work on the rex late today since losing my job a have some extra time on the weekends lol started on the passenger side today cuz it will be the easiest. move to another thread if yall insist on pics.

Wire tuck seems to be pretty easy, just got to make sure to mark every wire and not to take any short cuts. My one question though is, i want to clean up my fire wall as well and cant figure out what to do with these two things (and honestly not exactly sure what they are) im thinking along the line of having to do with my vaccum? the one on the left from what i remember has to do w/my fuel. a lot of people tuck everything inside underneath the Dash.

battery is already out that was a pic when i first got the car. but what do i do with the two things i circled?

Just make sure to vent the line coming from your gas tank to the charcoal canister out to underneath the car.

1) i know its the carbon canister but dont know which line to plug on the manifold.

2) dont know what to do with?

3) id assume its my fuel regulator/filter? is there anything i can do with that?

Glad to see your organization man. It's also very handy to pick up a Hayes Manual and learn to read the wiring diagrams. I'm in the process of doing a wiretuck and it has helped vastly to decide which wires I should eliminate.

I too have always wondered what guys do with the windshield wiper motor (#2) or if they literally just toss the sucker out for the sake of a clean bay.

you really are making this harder then it should be. on the driver side all you have to unplug are the lights and horn then it will need to be cut and run through the hole in the fender. The injector wires on the engine harness and just be depinned and ran back through the firewall and repined in the same plug.

Hmm the previous owner said he might still have the factory owners manuel ill see if i can get it. but the hayes manuel is different id assume?

Heres todays update. lol not so organized now. Did alot of soldering today but now i have places to be hope fully i can heat shrink the welds today.

The driver side im not worried about. Just the passenger side. THanks though. Feel free to shed light on what to do with the parts i circled.

Finished up the passenger side today kinda because weather was finally permitting. Still have to buy new bulbs and trouble shoot two wires and put everything back on. Every weld is shrink wrapped btw then shrink wrapped all the wires together. NOw ill just need to gather up the determination to start on the driver side lol
