I thought I'd show you what I was running in my 5th Gen

It's called Mr Turbo EFI and it does my fueling and my timing. This is a pretty much the alternative to microtech or haltech, but does everything that I need including VTEC activation and different fuel maps for VTEC engagement. It cost about R1800 which is about $300 and is about a 1/5 of what haltech or something like that would cost me.

Had it hooked up last night to try and find my idling problem. I tried to post pics, but the disc got corrupted.............will post pics on monday.

Yup, full standalone.........actually the car was a 1.5 carb model that had no comp anyway........so this box is doing it all.

Yup..it has knock sensor control.

This has been a top local brand and is the side of 2 boxes of cigarettes....fits anywhere.

Very intereting...I did not look to see if they had a demo copy o fthe software for customer review prior to purchasing. I may be interested in this if my future plans change

I'm damn busy at work this week, but I have a runanble demo at homethat I'll try and post by monday next week. I think that there is a downloadable version on the website.
