not many torque specs are available in the haynes manuals. i say sticky.

my honda manual says the flywheel bolts are 76ftlb torqued not 87.. I just did a clutch so I was curious when I saw that number on this thread.

another honda technician says so too.

yeh those connecting rod specs must be wrong because i torqued them to 23ftlb and tried turning over but it didn't budge, was so tight that i ended up loosening the harmonic balancer bolt, can someon give me an accurate connecting rod torque spec for a y8?

Camshaft Holder 6mm Bolts.....104 inch lbs

wouldnt these be the ones that go through the rocker arm assemblies to hold the cam down???? they all seem to be 12mm on mine with 10mm on the ends

Better yet, use the search engine to find out how to download a pdf manual...I've had to use my own service manual for most of the car, but the suspension required an Integra manual and the engine will require yet another. Even though I have the original service manual for my car ($80 IIRC about ten years ago) I keep them all on my iphone...which is great while working under the car. :trysearch:

For y8:
I need rod cap torque specs
