Default Plastic gage and bearing HELP !!

Hi guys i just messurd my STD Acl main bearing with a plastic gage but out of a 6 theres one that is slitly off and its the one in the midle can that do somthing is slitly off its a d16zc block if that can help

Plastigauge just gives you a basic idea if it is within spec. You probably will have to use the correct measuring devices to find the exact clearance.

5 of them are .038mm
And the other one is .051mm

I am going to ASSume you are giving us the measurements in mm.

Are we talking about rod journal or main journal clearances here? I have to again ASSume that we are talking about rod journals as you only listed 4?

And its crank bearing clearance ,i ment 5 not 4 lol

5 main journals and 4 rod journals??. its a 4 cylinder guy. where would the 6 journal be? you have you 2 ends and your 3 between the rods.

19921994 2.5 L G25 (Vigor)
19951998 2.5 L G25 (TL)

then you would have 6 main journals seeing how they are inline 5 cylinders, and i would be wrong
