if you really searched you would have noticed that there is like 7 parts that most every mini me uses.
you will need the same parts for any mini me setup. so both of these right ups will work for you FAQ: D15 SOHC VTEC Mini-Me : Massive Write-Up (56k Goodbye) - Honda-Tech [FAQ] D16Y7 / Y8 MINI-ME WRITE-UP.... WITH PICS (56k, maybe not) - Honda-Tech vtec- Head non vtec- Block Ecu- for the head your using Distributor- for the head your using Intake Manifold- for the head your using Headgasket and timing belt- for which ever head you choose to use OBD1 Injectors, if converting...

i think so, you would have to use a dpfi ecu and get it chipped and converted into a vtec ecu(not to sure about this i just heard of it) and once it was chipped you could get it tuned because the stock maps will probably be no good for the motor you just built.
way easier to just use a D16Z6 Head, Dizzy, Ecu, Intake manifold, throtel body and fuel rail just find a complete z6 head Honda D-Series Compression Calculator by ZealAutowerks use this^^ to figure some things out about comp and what head would be the best for you and if your going to rebuild the bottom end this will help with your piston choise

yeah it should be a few wires for MPFI and then 2 for vtec to work.(1 for vtec solenoid and 1 for oil pressure sensor)
if your unsure of what your doing you can just convert your car to MPFI befor you do the head swap so its just one thing at a time and if you run in to problems it will be easier to figure out where yoou went wrong. once you get MPFI working then do the head swap you seem pretty new at this its probably your best way of doing it

My personal opinion.. Get a complete z6 head including throttle body, injectors, all sensors and intake manifold. Get the complete z6 wiring harness. z6 stock ecu (p28. ), chip it. Load up a stock basemap. Crome comes with a stock z6 map, so downloading the program and uploading the bin file is all you have to do. Arp headstuds for better reliability. headgasket. Preferably a mls one. Get an adjustable cam gear, so you can set the mechanical timing perfectly. Cool air intake. Take car to a tuner, or tune it yourself after you do some research. This isn't nessasary, but I recommend it.. have your head completely cleaned, and have all seals replaced. deck it for flatness. Have the intake ports worked over so all casting bumps and marks are removed. Do the same to exhaust, but polish it. Polish combustion chambers. Call up delta, and get a 272 regrind on your cam. That all must be done before head is installed for the first time. So you only have to tune it once. Personal opinions, nothing more. goodluck on your build buddy.
