Default EK1 D16Y6 engine needs your help for turbo build

Hi dears
this my 1st post in this forum and i hope find knowledge answers here.

Actually I have honda civic hatch 1996 with D16Y6 (I know you will suprise about ths type of engine) SOHC VTEC 1.6L
since one year I have boosted my stock engine with TD04E turbo to 14psi and it was fantastic and smooked SIR sedan with B18C Integra Type-R swap.

You already know this amount of boost will kill my stock engine and that what actually happend. its start producing huge white smoke like cloud from muffler and increase in temp. and finally I heard cracking sound (tak tak tak) from the engine with bad firing. So I am planning to upgrade my engine for turbo application and I need my engine to hold up at least 18-20psi boost.

can you just help me on which appropriate parts will be best fit to D16Y6 engine. I saw over the ebay vitara pistones for D-series turbos size 75 mm and Compression 8.5:1 check this linkPistones kit

what els do I need for block and head upgrade??

If you need to know more about D16Y6 in order to help you research i can provide you with spec. as per Repair_Manual
