these are instructions to put the belt back on. i am assuming you got this far.
you just make sure that your cam timing marks are facing each other perfectly. the have to be perfectly horizontal, this requires you to hold the cams with wrenches while you put the belt back on. the crank timing mark needs to line up with the notch on the block. than you put your belt back on. then you turn the whole thing three teeth by putting a big wrench or ratchet on the crank. you turn it counter clockwise. this puts tension on the belt. then tighten the bolt on the timing belt tensioner. then start it up. hopefully you got the timing right, otherwise you could mess it up pretty good.
