throttle response.
the B18a is the best to get for the reason is it's ODB0 and its 58mm while the ZC is 55mm. but make sure you post match you intake manni to the tb.

B-series and later D-series throttle bodies have a different bolt pattern than the D16A1, D16A6 and ZC throttle bodies and don't bolt onto the manifold - the best bet is to have Maxbore bore out the throttle body

Why do you want a larger throttle body?

I'm using a GSR TB on a customers A6 using jli's manifold adaptor an Performer-X IM.

if you have a stock engine, the Skunk2 manifold is going to slow it down - your best bet is to either: find an OBD0 DOHC ZC intake manifold, have Maxbore bore out the throttle body and port match the intake to the throttle body or find an OBD1 DOHC ZC intake manifold which will accept the larger B-series throttle bodies - without any internal mods, like camshafts, higher compression, etc., the larger throttle body will give you a little more power at high rpm but at lower rpm it will tend to bog and stutter - the larger the throttle body, the more bogging and stuttering - the Skunk2 manifold has too large of plenum and runners for the NA, basically stock, engine

You can solder an aluminium plate on your current manifold, port it to Xmm to match the TB you want to use.
I got an H22 62mm TB on my A6 modified manifold : esdafoo's ED Y7-T project

I had the throttle body on my ZC bored out. I don't remember the name of the place, but I had to send it to GA to get the work done. Did a great job, made a new throttle plate, they shaved the shaft and screws too. Don't remember how much it cost, but I don't think it was too much (or I wouldn't have had it done).
