Things you'll need:
1" PVC Pipe, about 2 feet long A screw that can fit in the bottom of your camera Drill Head rest ![]() Drill two holes for the head rest. Make it a little tight so it doesn't shake around. ![]() Then you'll probably want to slide the headrest back into the seat so you can get the hole for your camera lined up strait. I had to do it a few times. ![]() End result is something like this. ![]() ![]() The pipe and screws cost $2.17 I've used it for about 30 minutes so far and it's pretty steady. JABO LORD HELMET!
This is sweet enough that I actually might do it. Actually I wish I had this idea a year ago. The motor mounts in the old car shook the camera too much when mounted on the seat and half the audio was the lens cover rattling inside the thing. |

Nice DIY, now there needs to be a way to make something like this work with my fixed head rest on my EJ1
