Default DIY OEM FOG LIGHTS 92-95 2dr and 3dr

ok first off a disclaimer, what you read and do is your own choice. this does require some wiring and cutting but nothing extensive, and I take no liability in what you do. To your car. Thank You

first off materials needed...
1. oem fog light lookalike kit, you can get these from various websites, got mine from ebay 71.00 shipped
2. lamin-x film, yellow in color http://lamin-x.com/ecommerce/os/cata...20bcdd8e0b0801
that is exactly what you'll need too order
3. luminics jdm yellow bulbs , u can also get these from various websites, got mine from ebay 25 shipped
4. a exacto or a steak knife
5. and most likely your loyal sidekick of a friend,

first off taking your bumper off is nothing extensive, you have the one screw on each side towards the top of the bumper. You need too take out and the 6 screws right where your hood latches on, and off it goes

Here is a pic of my kit and what all it comes with, various things from the covers too the wiring harness and switch.

you'll need to take the lights apart and install the different bulbs, and the yellow lens protection, heres what it looks like taken apart

use a screw driver to pry the lens from the lens holder

apply the lens protection, its very sweet stuff its thick, kinda like the cover your mom puts on leftovers but thicker, make sure you use a credit card too get the air bubbles out, the backside is the sticky part, this stuff is very plyable and can applied and taken back off for good fitment

use the exacto too trim away the leftovers, don't worry about air bubbles the will end up going firm , i don't wanna say melted, cause it does but the heat makes it firmer too the glass

and whoo hah finished product pressing down the cover on the glass will help you alot, i'm telling you this is thick shit

now for the cutting of the bumper, the red line shows where to cut the blue is where the screws will be holding the foglight into place. now not too worry the lines are very visible and its very easy too cut this

now the wiring is not that crazy its actually very straight forward, what a mess

we'll start from the lights back, this diagram is very very 2 year old but u get the idea, black=ground
red =wire and positive on the battery
blue= the clips for the fogs
green= relay
orange = wire to the switch
pink= where u clip the wire into your fuse bus

now make sure you get good grounds, that was my problem, drrrr.
now next step the switch is oem look alike, and is very easy too install pop it out with a flat head , plug it in, pop it back in.

plug the next wire into bus # 2, located above ur fuses, its an oem clip so no modification is needed

heres your friendly relay

true fog lights are yellow. They cut through the fog like a hot knife in butter

these ones actually arn't that bad, the only thing difference between these and the jdm, is the glass on the jdm is yellow, mine just has the lamin-x on it, you can get brighter bulbs from PiAA, but expect too pay like 50.00 - 60.00
