912 bulb = 11.6 watts at 12V = .967 Amps of current
194 bulb = 0.27 or 0.33 amps (depending on what style you use) The fuse connected to that system (at least in 92-95 civics) is 10 Amps. If you put all 4 in, be careful... Minimum wire gauge for 1 Amp applications is 24 gauge for copper wire. This is based on permissible voltage drop, not wire heat-up. You could probably go a little thinner and be ok still. But remember where the wire carries current for all signals... that has to be able to handle the 4 Amps you'll need to power all 4 corners. 18 gauge is recommended for minimum voltage drop. Again, you can go a little thinner since we're not talking audio here... yeah, I guess you're ok with these bulbs. i just checked... 92-95 corner marker bulbs are about 2 Amps! so you should be ok if your wiring is thick enough.
